Here is your guide to all the great Veterans Day free meals! We thank you for your service. Below are all the popular restaurants and other retailers that are giving away free meals, discounts, and other freebies to veterans on Veterans Day (Friday, November 11, 2016).

If you're not seeing your favorite restaurant from last year, they may still be participating but haven't gotten back to me with their 2016 information. This list is updated many times a day, so keep checking back for more information.

At the bottom of this list, you'll find free food that requires a purchase as well as some local restaurants that are giving out free Veterans Day meals.

This Veterans Day free meal includes both a $5 HOT-N-READY Lunch Combo. This is four slices of Little Caesars popular Detroit-style DEEP!DEEP! Dish pepperoni pizza plus a 20-ounce Pepsi product. 

A coupon is not required to redeem this offer, but you will need to bring along proof of service like a DD-214 form or military ID. Not all locations are participating, so be sure to call ahead to your local Little Caesars Pizza location.

Little Caesars Pizza is also running their 10th Little Caesars Veterans Program this year, which helps veterans get thousands of dollars in discounts when they start up their own Little Caesars Pizza location. More

IKEA's Free Veterans Day Meal (November 7-11, 2016)

Individuals who have served in the military, or are currently serving in the military, can have a free meal at IKEA between November 7 and November 11, 2016.

The Veterans Day free food at IKEA can be valued up to $9.99 and can include a sandwich, hot dish, or entree salad.

Be sure to bring military ID. This offer is not valid with any other offer or discount. It's also dine-in only, does not include beverages, dessert, soup, or garden salad. Also remember that any possible taxes are not included in the free offer.
