A lot of credit cards these days are offering generous introductory bonuses, but this isn't one of them. Once your application is approved, you get a 15 percent discount coupon good for off your first purchase or six months of special financing for a purchase of $299 or more. If your first purchase is $799 or more, the special financing offer increases to 12 months, but you must choose between the 15 percent coupon code and the special financing offer. Either offer will be valid for 90 days after you open the account, but any purchases with special financing are not eligible to earn points.

Neither option is amazing when you consider that other cards are giving cash bonuses of $25 or more while allowing you to earn rewards faster. In addition, you can't use the discount a range of products including diapers, iPods, Build-A-Bear, laptops, tablets, American Girl products, and others, so the discount is likely not to amount to very much.
