Are you seeking a public relations job with an interview on your schedule? The interview questions asked for positions in public relations (PR) vary based on the type of job and agency you are interviewing with.

Since the introduction of social media, PR has expanded into operating Facebook pages, sending tweets, managing online communities, conversing with companies and consumers via social media, and has spun off into what is known as digital PR.

If you are interviewing with a digital PR agency, you should be prepared to answer questions about your experience with SEO, content creation, channels, audience interaction, and social media crisis management.

If you are interviewing with a more traditional PR agency, be prepared to answer questions about you writing skills, press relationships, previous press campaigns you've worked on, and where you see PR going in the future.

Below is a list of frequently asked interview questions for both digital and traditional PR agencies.
