The International Intern Experience
The International Intern Experience offers select interns the opportunity to plunge into PwC's global network of firms. With the USLT Shadow Experience select interns get to spend the day building with members of the PwC Leadership Team. This experience provides interns the opportunity to understand leadership’s vision for PwC US and see the PwC Experience through leadership’s eyes.
PwC seeks students who are eager to learn in a real environment, to show their skills as critical thinkers, to collaborate and even persuade advisors on key business issues. Challenges focus on high-level issues designed to improve decision-making skills. It is NOT designed as an Accounting experience; it is intended as a true learning experience.

The Start Program
START is a program designed to expose high-performing diverse college students to PwC. Start provides the intern the opportunity to further professional and technical development skills in the appropriate business related areas while working with teams in different functional areas across PwC. According to PwC, START will enable you to:
- Utilize your problem solving, analytical, research, and organizational skills to understand their business and complete real-life projects
- Gain exposure to PwC partners, principals and staff through networking events, social media, and formal and informal shadowing opportunities
- Participate in community service projects
- Take part in professional development opportunities
- Engage in coaching and development with the assistance of a team of mentors
- Partake in technical development exercises focused on knowledge management & research
The PwC Start Program is available year round and is located in London, KY.
In order to qualify students must be a diverse freshman, sophomore, or junior with a strong academic standing (3.4 or higher) and should be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Finance, Economics, or Actuarial Science.
