Review

I've used Point2Agent for my real estate website and blog for several years. I always felt that the company's solutions provide significant value for real estate agents, the easy-to-setup blog on the WordPress platform in particular.

Of course, the blog is only included at professional level, which costs $54.90/month, but it is well worth it to me. Sharing regular blog posts propelled my website to a page ranking of five on the first page of search engine results.

Syndicating listings is an absolute requirement in today's internet-intensive real estate search environment. The company provides a long list of websites to which it syndicates listings. At one point, my biggest complaint was that syndication didn't happen as efficiently as advertised. Some of the websites didn't list homes in my remote area, but I always believed that a data feed was just that, so I should have had the same syndication in Taos, New Mexico, as a real estate agent in New York City. This is fixed now, so check with the company's sales personnel to find out how listing syndication works in your area.

If a template-based website solution is in your marketing plans, Point2Agent certainly deserves a careful examination. The point of this review is not to compare the company to other template sites. Personally, I give the company four stars. My goals is to give you an idea of where I believe the company's website, blogging and marketing solutions sit in today's environment.
