Get 8% Back on Overstock.com Purchases, Plus a $20 Start-Up Bonus
If you're a regular Overstock.com shopper, you can earn huge rewards and get free shipping on almost every item with the Club O Rewards MasterCard, issued by First Bankcard, a division of First National Bank of Omaha.
Rewards and Perks of the Club O Rewards MasterCard
The Club O Rewards MasterCard pays up to eight percent in Club O Rewards on every qualifying Overstock purchase, two percent on qualifying gas and grocery purchases, and one percent when you use your card on everything else.
There's no cap on the rewards you can earn with the credit card and rewards can be used toward future Overstock.com purchases.
Many rewards credit cards offer a bonus that requires you to spend a certain amount of money in the first few months of having the credit card. The Club O Rewards MasterCard makes it easy to earn your bonus. You'll automatically receive a $20 Club O Rewards bonus after you make your first purchase. There is no required minimum spend to earn your bonus.
Cardmembers also get free Club O Membership (a $19.95 value) and free shipping on Overstock.com for as long as your credit card is active.
Monitor Your FICO Score for Free
First National Bank of Omaha is one of the few credit card issuers participating in the FICO Open Access program which gives cardholders monthly access to a free FICO score. You'll get a free copy of your FICO 8 automatically with each credit card billing statement.
Monitoring your FICO score through myFICO.com would cost $219/year if you paid for one year up front.
Club O Rewards Membership
Club O has two types of membership: Silver and Gold. With a Gold membership, you receive five percent in Club O Rewards with each eligible purchase. You also enjoy free standard shipping within the continental U.S., access to exclusive shopping events, and five percent rewards earnings when you dine at participating restaurants.
Silver membership pays two percent in Club O rewards on eligible purchases and free standard shipping on orders over $45 within the continental U.S.
Club O Rewards MasterCard Membership pays eight percent back on qualified purchases on Overstock.com and gives you free standard shipping within the continental U.S.
Club O Rewards MasterCard Pricing
There is no annual fee for the Club O Rewards MasterCard. Qualifying applicants will enjoy zero percent APR for 12 billing cycles on Overstock purchases over $500. After that, the regular APR is a variable 17.24 percent to 26.24 percent, depending on your creditworthiness.
The balance transfer APR is 17.24 percent to 26.24 percent with no introductory offer. Balance transfers are charged a fee of $10 or five percent, whichever is greater.
The APR for cash advances is 26.24 percent. Cash advances and cash equivalent transactions are charged a fee of $15 or five percent, whichever is greater.
There is no penalty APR but that doesn't mean the card issuer won't raise your rate if you make a couple of late payments. In the credit card terms, the card issuer "may change the APRs, rates, fees, costs, and other terms of your account subject to, and as allowed by, applicable law." Keep your credit card account in good standing for the best chances at keeping your current interest rate.
All APRs are variable using the Prime Rate as the Index.
Foreign transactions made in a currency other than U.S. dollars are charged a three percent fee.
You'll be charged up to $37 for late payments and up to $35 for returned payments.
Finance charges are calculated using the average daily balance method and include new purchases.
This may be the most generous store credit card rewards program. Other retailers have great cards but do not match the cash back earning potential of the Overstock Club O Rewards MasterCard. The L.L. Bean Visa Card, one of the best cards on the market, pays a three percent reward on purchases at the retailer, plus free shipping, and one percent back everywhere else. The Target REDCard gives you a five percent discount on purchases at Target. However, the card is only accepted at Target stores.
