You can save a lot of time if you use Microsoft Money regularly by learning and using keyboard shortcuts. In addition to toolbar icons (which can be customized with commands you choose), executing commands without having to navigate through menus and submenus can be done using a few quick keystroke combinations.

How to Use Keyboard Shortcuts

To use these keyboard combinations, you need to press and hold down the first key in the combination, then press the second key in the series while still holding the first. For example, to send the Print command, you must first press and hold the Ctrl key, followed by the P key, and then release them. This will open the Print dialog box.

In the case of a three-key combination, such as Ctrl + Shift + A that takes you to the Accounts List, hold down the Ctrl and Shift buttons both, and then press A and release all three keys.
