In the List Jobs section of the TJX website, you can search for and apply to jobs. Use the filters to fine-tune your search by language, functional area (for example, distribution, human resources, retail management), location, work environment, brand (select Marshalls), full- or part-time work, shift type and position classification.

For example, you could search for corporate jobs at the national headquarters, hourly local store jobs or operations jobs in a TJX Distribution Center.

Merchandising Careers

TJX provides extensive information on their merchandising jobs. If you’re still in college, you can participate in the Merchandising Co-Op Program, where you work for six months in either trend analysis or product buying. If you complete the Co-Op Program, you have an excellent chance of being accepted into the Merchandising Development Program, a training program for merchandising careers. TJX also offers a Merchandising Internship Program for college sophomores and juniors, exposing you to merchandise planning, allocation and buying.
