List of 1.25 Leveraged ETFs

1.25x Leveraged Funds

There is a lot of controversy surrounding leveraged ETFs and ETNs. However, if you want to include them in your ETF trading strategy, you've come to the right place. I've already compiled a full list of the many leveraged ETFs available. Both 2x (list of 2x Leveraged ETFs) and 3x ETFs (list of 3x Leveraged  ETFs). But now Direxion has taken it to a new level with some of their recently launched 1.25 leveraged ETFs.

Yes, it's a weird factor to leverage. Especially since there are already double and triple leveraged ETFs and ETNs. And not only have they brought a few of these new and innovative ETFs to market, but they have more in the pipeline as well. So in case you missed any of the launches or announcements, or want to learn more, I have you covered. Here is your full...

And as an update for December 1st, 2016. The above funds are still in development and have not launched yet. So as of now, there are only four 1.25 leveraged ETFs on the market. But again, continue to check back to see if any launched and I'll be sure to update this list as well.

And it shouldn't be too long before another ETF provider launches similar 1.25 leveraged funds. So as any of these planned funds are launched or any other new ones are brought to market (or registered), I will be sure to update these lists. Or if any are delisted. So be sure to check back often if 1.25 leveraged ETFs interest you or your portfolio.

Keep in mind that no asset is without risk and that includes the above 1.25x leveraged ETFs. So before making any trades, be sure to research each one of these funds individually. Watch how they react to different market conditions, learn what is in the ETF and understand how they will impact your portfolio. And if you have any questions or concerns, be sure to consult a financial professional such as your broker or advisor. And be aware that the returns of leveraged ETFs are based on daily performance not annual. And typically leveraged and inverse funds can be confusing to new investors, especially leveraged and inverse funds.

So if your new to either types of these ETFs, please be careful and talk to a professions if you have any uncertainties.

However, once you have completed your due diligence and are ready to invest in the above 1.25 leveraged funds, or any leveraged ETFs, then good luck with all of your trades!

Disclaimer: At the time of publication of this article, I do not have any open positions in any of the above leveraged exchange traded funds.
