Ken Little is a former writer for The Balance. He covered stocks and trading basics for more than nine years. Little was also the chief financial writer for a large mutual fund and consultant to several large financial services companies. He is the author of "Teach Yourself Investing in 24 Easy Lessons," "The Complete Idiot's Guide to Stock Investing Fast-Track," and many more publications.


Little earned his bachelor's degree in journalism and English at Texas State University.
