Interns felt the interview process was also a very positive experience.  About 60% found the internship through a campus recruiter while the balance found them through internet searches and networking sources.  After applying online the candidates have an initial phone interview, after which they are asked to submit a writing sample and take an online analytical test.  Once that hurdle is overcome the successful candidates are then invited to Baird headquarters at which time they will go through a battery of interviews with various managers and supervisors.  They will also be given an additional analytical test.
