Internship Pick of the Week: PJX Pepperjam

The goal of this internship is to aid in the development of best practice resources, video tutorials, and to help guides in the roll out of the PJX program in the SMB sector (Small & Medium Business). The intern will assist the Product Manager in executing the educational aspect of the project plan. They will also develop a best practices center to assist SMBs with creating and launching an affiliate program through PJX products.

The intern will also be responsible for documenting the features and functionality of products and will then be responsible for making that information readily available to clients in text and video formats. The PJX SMB help center needs to be well documented to ensure that it is a completely self-service application for eBay customers.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
  • Must develop a strong understanding of product features and functionality
  • Must develop documentation, written and visual of product capabilities
  • Interns will be expected to collaborate with Technology Lead and Product Manager as needed
  • Ability to provide feedback on product bugs or user experience
  • Responsible for reporting weekly to Product Manager with overall project updates
  • Will be required to Perform Competitive Research as needed
