Brand Keys Data released its 2015 study of the Customer Loyalty Engagement Index. The winners of the customer loyalty study have shown they have what it takes to not only win customers but more importantly, keep them.

Insurance is a competitive business so customer loyalty is never a given and customer satisfaction should always be a top priority companies strive to attain.

The 2015 Brand Keys Customer Loyalty Engagement Index named these insurance companies as the top in customer loyalty:

  • Car Insurance – USAA
  • Home Insurance – Nationwide
  • Life Insurance – Allstate

About the Study

The Brand Keys study judges companies on the ability to meet customer expectations. The study analyzed 540 brand names in 64 categories. The winners have met these customer expectations and in some cases exceeded them; as well as having a high level of customer engagement.

Brand Keys studies pinpoints driving factors that indicate customer loyalty. The studies indicate that there are emotional factors that dictate customer loyalty that would not fall strictly under more expected headings such as marketing, brand strategy, packaging and other factors.
