Contacting PCH about Sweepstakes Scams:

Publishers Clearing House's name is often misused for sweepstakes scams. If you've received a win notice and aren't sure whether it's legitimate or a scam, PCH has set up a phone number that you can call to check: 1-800-392-4190. (If that number doesn't work for you, check the PCH Customer Service website for the latest contact information).

PCH can give you the definitive answer about whether you are a legitimate winner or not.

For a quick answer even when PCH's hotline is closed, you can also check out our article on how to recognize PCH scams.

If you prefer not to telephone PCH, you can send questions about Publishers Clearing House scams by emailing abuse@pch.com.

If you receive a scam email, you can forward it to PCH quickly and easily using this contact method and help them take action against the scammer. PCH also asks you to fill out a Fraud/Scam Incidence Report to help them track current scams.

How to Unsubscribe from PCH Mails or Emails:

If you want to unsubscribe from PCH's emails, use the link at the bottom of any email that you have received from them. If that doesn't work, if you don't have an email handy or if you want to unsubscribe from their snail mail lists visit PCH's "Ask Us" contact form, select the "Account Updates" option, then choose the "Remove from Mail/Email" option.

On that form, you can select whether you want to unsubscribe from emails, physical mail, or both. Note that it can take up to 10 days to be unsubscribed from email lists and six to eight weeks to stop receiving PCH mail altogether since mailings are usually scheduled in advance.

Want to Change Your Contact Information?

If your contact information has changed and you want to continue to receive opportunities to enter sweepstakes and other special offers from PCH, use their "Ask Us" contact form, select the "Account Updates" option, then pick the "Change of Information" option.

Note that it can take six to eight weeks to update your name, address, or other contact information.

Want to Talk to a PCH Representative Now?

PCH offers a live chat option, which lets you connect to a customer service representative during business hours. Voice a complaint, get immediate answers to your questions, and more.
