Chocolate is good, but super-sized chocolate is better! Whip up a giant chocolate kiss for your sweetie and, if you're lucky, he'll share.

While it looks like a big project, this is actually quite easy. The shape is formed using a large funnel, which is held upside down using rice in a large vase. The only other thing you need is a full pound of good chocolate to melt down and fill the mold.

Treat your man to an old-fashioned bar of shaving soap. It beats that rusty can of shaving cream any day.

This is a perfect project for those who want to try soap making without making a big commitment. It is a very basic melt and pour technique and requires just a few tools that you may already have.

A single bar will last any guy a very long time and he will appreciate the superior quality of this handmade gift every time he shaves.

Regular soap may be too girly to give a guy, but you can get away with beer soap. Make several bars and tie them together with a red ribbon to create the perfect Valentine's Day gift.

Soap makers will love creating this fun recipe, though it does require you to sacrifice a bottle of beer. It is a simple and basic soap making technique that adds beer, honey and citrus to create a fragrant lather that any man will love.

Everything tastes better after it's been dipped in fudge sauce, especially when it's homemade fudge sauce.

Bottle up this fudge sauce and wrap it with other ice cream toppings so he can treat himself to a homemade sundae a few nights a week. Or, use it to dip fresh strawberries, bananas or your man's favorite treats.

He probably won't get excited about regular flowers, but he will get excited about edible flowers. The possibilities are endless, use our ideas or use them to inspire your own.

Try a candy kiss rose bud bouquet or one filled with homemade chocolate lollipops. If your guy loves cookies, simply skewer a batch of his favorite hard cookies as they come out of the oven, add sweet little ribbons and arrange them in a vase. More

Homemade truffles are the perfect Valentine's Day gift and they are so much fun to make. The only problem is that you have to give them away before you eat them.

The fun part about truffles is that there are so many recipes to choose from! Pistachio orange, raspberry, Oreo, cappuccino, even Nutter Butter truffles... it really is hard to choose just one. Go ahead and choose a few you think he'll enjoy.
