Gabriel Bristol's Biography

Gabriel Bristol
Gabriel Bristol

Gabriel Bristol is president and CEO of Intelicare Direct, a customer service solutions company with offices in San Jose, Las Vegas, and San Diego, which together house over 500 employees. He is widely recognized as one of today’s most versatile CEOs, having led remarkable turnarounds for several large corporations as well as helping establish rapidly growing startups.

He combines more than 20 years of successful executive management experience with impactful leadership, igniting stagnant businesses and transforming declining operations.

Bristol's approach is personal, insightful, forward thinking and provides strategies that result in customer service excellence.

His counter-intuitive style has led to policies and programs that have garnered significant coverage from some of the most respected business magazines and media outlets. Some of those policies, like having a child-friendly and pet-friendly workplace, paying employees to volunteer in the community, and turning the employee review model on its head, have all paid huge dividends for the company and inspired emulation.

But Gabriel’s business savvy isn’t the only part of his life that gets attention. His inspiring and uplifting personal journey of escaping life as an abused foster child and homeless teen ultimately to become a successful CEO has also been featured in significant media outlets across the country. In addition, he is a regular contributor to The Huffington Post and Entrepreneur.

When he can find the time, Gabriel also shares his story of success from humble beginnings as a sought-after motivational speaker helping to bring key business strategies to light in a whole new way. He has spoken to the high-powered sales forces of Fortune 500 companies as well as to High School students in disadvantaged neighborhoods and to homeless veterans trying to get back on their feet.
