Dolly Parton's Imagination Library is a program that ​mails out children a free book each month from birth up until 5 years old.

These are high-quality books that are chosen by experts in the education and writing field and are based on the child's age. This program's mission is to foster a love of learning in children, making the experience fun and meaningful.

Since it's conception in 1995, the Doly Parton Imagination Library has grown to be available in over 1,600 local communities and sends free books to over 1 million children.

The free books available from Dolly Parton's Imagination Library are a mixture of classic and contemporary fiction and non-fiction for children.

You might be told at this point that the Dolly Parton's Imagination Library isn't available in your area.

If this is the case, they'll tell you how you can get this program going for your community. You may be told that online registration isn't available but you'll be given a contact person so you can register manually.

If you can register online in your area, you'll be taken to a form that you can submit asking for your mailing address and information about your child.
