The company was founded in 1997, making its time in business longer than many of the other credit repair companies we reviewed. Unlike some of the competition, only offers one credit repair plan with no add-on services (e.g., monthly credit monitoring or budgeting tools). Even so, as with much of the competition, you can get a free credit consultation from before you decide to enroll. As a bonus, should you choose to go with, you can sign up online, which isn’t offered by many of the other credit repair companies we reviewed.  

Available Services: Focused Solely on Credit Repair

The focus of is solely on credit repair, with the company offering one plan that includes all of its services. For a better-than-average cost of $49.99 per month, will allow you to challenge an unlimited number of items on your credit report. The company will also prepare an unlimited number of goodwill letters and debt validation letters on your behalf. Many of the other credit repair companies we reviewed limit the number of items you can challenge and the number of letters that can be sent. This level of service makes stand out from the competition. 

One of the primary drawbacks is that you have to send copies of your credit reports, whereas many of the other credit repair companies we reviewed handle this task for you. While says it can assist you with this task, this level of assistance isn’t automatic. On a positive note, the company does provide useful information about how to get free credit reports from all three credit bureaus. Remember, you’re eligible to get one free credit report per year from each credit bureau. Even if you don’t have credit issues needing repair, it’s essential always to take advantage of this credit report benefit.

If you want services in addition to credit repair, like monthly credit monitoring or tools to help you manage your finances (e.g., budgeting), you may need to choose a different credit repair company. Keep in mind, you can also get affordable or free stand-alone credit monitoring services. Plus, many banks and credit card providers also provide free credit score monitoring to their customers. In that regard, the fact that a credit repair company doesn’t offer a credit monitoring solution isn’t necessarily a deal-breaker. 

If you want monthly credit monitoring, you can choose a different provider or opt for a stand-alone credit monitoring service.

Reputation: Fair Reputation was founded in 1997 and has a longer history of operations than many of its competitors. is not accredited by the BBB, and has a C+ rating. It also hasn’t had any BBB complaints, which is remarkable when compared to the competition.

Customer Satisfaction: Responsive to Feedback

Trustpilot features an average 2.4-star customer review rating for, based on feedback from 31 customers. However, 58% are positive reviews. Many of these suggested the company is quick to respond to emails and noted credit score improvements. 

The few negative reviews noted communication issues and frustration over credit repair items. A survey of responses provided by to the Trustpilot reviews suggests the company is responsive to feedback and is focused on helping its customers solve identified issues. The company’s responses were detailed and specifically addressed the issues raised in the reviews. 

Cost: Better-Than-Average Pricing offers one credit repair plan at a monthly cost of $49.99 with no hidden fees, which is among the lowest of the credit repair companies we reviewed. You’ll pay an initial fee of $49.99 (referred to as a “first work” fee by some of the competition) five days after you enroll in a plan with, and then $49.99 every 30 days thereafter until you cancel (you can cancel at any time). One of the most well-known competitors to is Lexington Law, a credit repair company headquartered in North Salt Lake, Utah. Lexington Law was founded in 2004. A key differentiator between and Lexington Law is the pricing structure, with Lexington Law’s least expensive plan costing $89.95 per month and not including some of the services offered by (e.g., cease and desist letters) at a much lower monthly cost of $49.99. 

You’ll get additional services like routine credit monitoring and financial management tools with Lexington Law’s higher-cost credit repair plans; and it does have a higher Trustpiliot rating . Even so, if you’re just looking for credit repair, offers a better value than Lexington Law because you’ll get more credit repair services at a lower cost.
