Cheryl Kerrigan is the Vice President of Employee Success at Achievers, where she is responsible for the overall people strategy focusing on attracting, retaining, and inspiring top talent. Cheryl is passionate about creating a culture of employee success where employees feel recognized and valued for the contributions they make.

With over 15 years of experience in global Human Resources, Cheryl is a seasoned HR Executive who began her career as a recruiter focused on discovering exceptional talent.

She then moved into several HR Leadership roles as the initial HR resource in fast-emerging global technology companies, where she was responsible for building out the HR function.

Cheryl’s strength is building high performing teams and delivering strategic solutions that drive business results in support of organizational growth.

Prior to Achievers, Cheryl held an HR Leader position at Eloqua. While at Eloqua, she was responsible for building out the HR function and strategy and attracting and developing talent.  During Cheryl’s tenure leading talent, the business grew from $10M to over $100M in revenue, resulting in a successful IPO and eventual acquisition for $957M by Oracle.

Cheryl established and served as chair as the Executive HR Roundtable for AceTech, a not for profit organization dedicated to helping Ontario’s technology-based companies become more competitive by providing programs and opportunities to guide and develop CEO’s and senior executives.


Cheryl splits her time between the Toronto and San Francisco office, and is a frequent contributor in the HR industry, appearing in HR Magazine, Human Resource Executive, HR Gazette, Business News Daily, CMS Wire, and more.

Cheryl earned her Honor’s Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Guelph and a postgraduate certificate in Human Resource Management from Seneca College.
