Cathy Robinson is a freelance writer who ghostwrites articles for several U.S. banks and insurance companies. She also was an intern at American Century Investments.
Cathy began writing about personal finance while living for two years in Madrid, Spain, where she also taught English. She started her career working as a traveling health care consultant for Cerner Corporation, one of the world's largest electronic health record providers.
Cathy is currently back in her hometown Kansas City. When she's not editing for The Balance, she also works as a copywriter for Sparkcade Marketing.
Cathy received a Bachelor of Arts in advertising/public relations and Spanish at Drury University.
