CareerOneStop is a website sponsored by the U.S. Department of Labor that offers access to job related services online for job seekers and businesses.  From resume writing to a late in life career change, CareerOneStop has the resources to help someone through the job search process.  

They also offer resources for those with special characteristics like veterans, workers with criminal records or people with disabilities - just to name a few.

  The mission of CareerOneStop is to help all job seekers no matter what point they are at in their search. 

Businesses can use CareerOneStop when looking for the ideal candidate for an open position or insight into the best job boards to post their job postings.

In-Person Assistance

If you prefer to meet someone in person, CareerOneStop can guide you to an American Job Center.  You can get help searching for jobs, find training and have your questions answered at a center.  There are nearly 2,500 American Job Centers nationwide.
