Experience

A former writer for The Balance covering commodities and stocks, Brian Lund contributed articles for two years. 

Lund bought his first stock in 1985, one month after his 18th birthday. He formed the Mesa Verde Fund to devote myself full time to trading in 2005 and joined Ditto Trade, a licensed broker dealer, in 2008. 

Lund is Senior Content Manager at Financial Engines. He worked as a financial journalist with T3 Custom from 2015 through 2018, and was Vice President of Business Partnerships with SparkFin, which has been acquired by StockTwits.
